BPA-BPB Project with Great Offshore Ltd.
Location: Offshore-Mumbai High
The South Bassein (SB) Central Complex consists of four platforms and a supporting structure for the flare: SB Production Platform – BPA, SB Living Quarters – Utilities Platform – BLQ and SB Drilling Platform – BA & booster compressor platform -BCPA. All four platforms are installed offshore in the South Bassein Field approximately 80 kilometers west-northwest of Bombay, India. The major facilities on the BA and BPA platforms provide oil and gas production and processing for 22 gas and one oil well plus associated gas from a separate field. Design rates are 160 cubic meters per day (m3 /day) of stock, tank oil production, 15.0 million normal cubic meters per day (MM Nm3 /day) of gas production and dehydration, and pumping facilities for 2420 m3 /day. The processed oil and gas is transported to the shore through submarine pipelines. The BPA platform is supported by an eight pile jacket and connected by bridges to the BA, BLQ, BCPA, BF & platform. The BA platform is supported by a four pile jacket and connected by a bridge to the BPA platform. The BLQ platform is supported by a four pile jacket and connected by a bridge to the BPA process platform. BCPA platform is supported by a four pile jacket & connected by bridge to BPA & BLQ-1 platform
The flare structure houses a dual-tip HP/LP flare and separate LLP flare assembly. It is supported by a four pile jacket and bridge connected to the BPA platform.
